How To Use Green Elephant Kratom

We recommend beginners start off with anywhere from 1-3 g to assess individual tolerance. For reference, one level teaspoon is approximately 2.4 g worth of kratom. We recommend not exceeding two doses per day and taking sporadic breaks from all kratom to prevent tolerance issues. You can take Green Elephant kratom as follows:

• Straight powder with chaser: This is often referred to as the “toss and wash” method. Simply measure out your dose, put it in your mouth, and swallow it down like a pill with the help of any beverage
• Mixed with any liquid: Pour your measured powder into your favorite drink, stir, and drink quickly while the powder remains disbursed. Note that the kratom will not dissolve completely
• As a tea: Bring a pot of water to just below boiling, add kratom, and let simmer while stirring the mixture periodically. Wait at least 15 minutes before straining the mixture into your cup or pitcher using a cheesecloth or similar material (grade 100 works well). Longer steep times may result in a more potent final product.
• Capsules: Capsules are a great solution for when you’re on the go or if you don’t tolerate the taste or consistency of kratom powder
