Where We Ship

Socratic Solutions offers shipping to all 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We may also ship to Puerto Rico on a case-by-case basis – please reach out for consideration.


We process orders during our normal business hours, which are 10 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday and 12 PM to 4 PM on Saturdays. When an order comes in, it goes in a queue to be filled before ultimately being packaged for shipping. Depending on our workload, this entire process may be completed in a matter of minutes.

Issues with your payment method may cause a delay in processing and, by extension, shipping times. In the rare event something comes up, we will contact you as soon as we become aware of the problem. Please note that invoiced orders must be paid for in full before we can ship them.

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email. Please note we are unable to ship at all on Sundays and federal holidays due to carrier restrictions.

Shipping Rates & Timing

Socratic Solutions is pleased to offer customers free shipping on all orders. For orders that total less than $50, we use USPS’s Ground Advantage service. Once you spend $50, you automatically get upgraded to USPS Priority shipping for free. If you need your package overnight or would prefer going with UPS, we have paid options available as well.

If you choose one of these methods, the shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided on our website. Please note that delivery times are not backed by a guarantee in the case of USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground packages.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking info so you can check in on the delivery of your order. If you don’t receive this email in a timely fashion, please reach out to us and we’ll get to the bottom of it.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

Once a package leaves our facility, we no longer control any aspect of the delivery process. When answering questions about shipments, we use the same resources you have access to through the carrier’s website or customer service number.

That said, if your package ends up lost, stolen, or damaged, you should contact us right away. Time is of the essence when filing insurance claims with carriers. Shoot us a message or call and we will investigate the matter and either help you file a claim or file it ourselves depending on the situation.

Please note that the delivery times for USPS vary greatly and we cannot guarantee arrival in any particular amount of days. Express packages are not always overnight, and due to the fact that USPS does not honor their Express guarantees as advertised, we are not able to reimburse Express orders if they don’t arrive the following day.
