Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for USPS packages to take longer than these times. Please note that USPS may change an overnight package to a 2-day at their own discretion. If you absolutely need a package within a certain time frame, we highly recommend using UPS.

All orders under $50 will be shipped free via USPS First-class Package Service. Anything over $50 is automatically upgraded to Priority shipping without any further action needed on your part. First-class packages may be upgraded to Priority during checkout for a flat $5.

Our overnight option include USPS Express and UPS Next Day Air. USPS Express is next-day in the majority of circumstances, but they don’t always fulfill this commitment. UPS is a more expensive carrier, but they meet their service standards and offer a guarantee on delivery time.

Either option can simply be selected during the checkout process. The rates reflected are pulled in real-time from the carrier’s system based on dimensional weight and destination zip code.

All shipments are inside either a USPS branded mailing box or envelope or an unmarked box depending on your chosen carrier. Our company name appears as Socratic Solutions Inc. There is no mention of package contents or any other word that could be associated with kratom.

You can pick your order up instead of having it delivered. Just choose the local pickup option when you’re checking out and give us about an hour to have it ready for you.

No, we deal strictly with US-based financial institutions for payment processing. We use well-known, domestic banks and even have our own merchant identification number (MID). We are fully transparent with our merchant bank about our operations and compliant with all policies.
