The following returns policy governs all refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit requests involving orders placed on the Socratic Solutions website (socraticsolutions.us, 813kratom.com, and brandonkratom.com) and delivered by USPS or UPS within the United States. We stand behind our products 100%, but we also understand that everybody is different and kratom is often not a “one size fits all” approach.
ALL REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF PACKAGE BEING MARKED DELIVERED AS PER TRACKING INFORMATION
Orders go through a thorough inspection by an experienced worker certified in professional food handling and trained in current Good Manufacturing Processes before being packed and are then re-inspected upon packaging. As such, we do not assume responsibility for the condition of our goods upon arrival to the customer (ie. broken capsules) as products only leave our facility if they are fully intact and suitable for the end-user. This would then be a case of damaged goods upon arrival, which is discussed later in this document.
SOCRATIC SOLUTIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING OR RESHIPPING COSTS. FREE SHIPPING APPLIES TO ORIGINAL ORDER ONLY.
SOCRATIC SOLUTIONS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURN REQUESTS AND TO DENY ANY EXCHANGE OR CREDIT UPON INSPECTION OF ANY RETURNED MERCHANDISE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE RE-SHIP A RETURNED ITEM.
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] or visit our contact page to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write this number on the outside of the package in which you intend to return the item(s) and send the item(s) to the following recipient address:

Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Refunds are issued via original payment method within two (2) business days of our receipt of the item. If we cannot process a return using the original payment method, you can opt to receive a check or store credit. We will notify you in this event.
Both unopened and opened items are eligible for a refund. However, open items must contain at least 90% of the original amount to be eligible – 80% in the case of 1 oz. bags. We reserve the right to limit or restrict refunds in cases of blatant abuse of this policy.
Did you place and receive your order, but later decided that you really wanted something else? Make a purchase by mistake? No matter what the issue is, contact us if you would like to initiate and exchange and we’ll return to you with further instructions. Your request for exchange must occur within 30 days of your package delivery.
DAMAGED GOODS UPON ARRIVAL
We use precautionary settings on our packaging and sealing equipment to ensure our products are not damaged while being packaged, and we even have very specific ways of package handling once your items have been boxed. Nothing leaves our building damaged, but things are no longer under our control once packages are physically accepted by carriers
That said, we have built a reputation of going above and beyond for our shoppers and advise you to get in touch with us if you receive damaged items so we can work out a solution.
